Refund policy

Payment Terms

All event fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Your place will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

Refunds will be issued based on the notice period before the event start date:

• 90 days or prior = full refund
• 31-90 days prior = 50% refund
• 14-30 days prior = no refund but option to transfer booking within 1 year
• 14 days or less = no refund and no option to transfer

All dates refer to the first scheduled day of the event.

Name Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your entry to another person free of charge at any time.
