Refund policy

Payment Terms

All event fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Your place will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

Refunds will be issued based on the notice period before the event start date:

More than 90 days before the event

Full refund minus a £15.00 administration fee per person.

31 to 90 days before the event

50% refund, with the £15.00 administration fee deducted from the refunded amount.

30 days or less before the event

No refund will be issued.

All dates refer to the first scheduled day of the event.

Name Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your entry to another person free of charge at any time.
