Hosted by the expert team behind Golfbreaks and Mashie Golf, these one-day events offer an unforgettable experience for amateur golfers who want to compete at iconic venues.Each event includes a welcome gift, exciting on-course competitions, and a halfway refreshment hut to keep you going! The winning pair at every event will secure their place at our Finals Day, hosted at a leading UK course, making each event not just a great day out but also a gateway to something even bigger!

Laid gently across the heather-strewn ridges of the Sussex Weald, Royal Ashdown Forest is a course that feels as timeless as the landscape it inhabits.

There are no bunkers here, none are needed - its challenge instead coming from cunning green sites, natural undulations, and the ever-present heather waiting to punish a stray shot. The fairways twist and tumble through open heathland and forest glades, with views stretching out across the Ashdown landscape, giving a round here an air of quiet majesty.

The Old Course, the club’s jewel, rewards precision and guile over brute force. Its routing feels organic, as though discovered rather than constructed, with each hole leading seamlessly to the next.

Yes, we accept solo entrants to our open amateur golf events and will try to pair you up with other solo entrants. All you need to do is pick the tee time you want and book in as usual just selecting one and we'll do the rest.

Our events are open to all golfers, we welcome all combinations of pairs including male, female and
mixed, as well as solo golfers.

Can I enter the event as a solo golfer?

Yes, we accept solo entrants into our open Amateur Golf Pairs Events and will do our best to pair you with another solo golfer, subject to availability. Please note that we do not receive many solo entries, so pairing may not always be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you before the event day to discuss your options. Solo golfers are not eligible to qualify for our Finals Day. To enter as a solo golfer, simply go to your selected event, choose your tee time for 1 player, and book online.
